DO I HAVE TO RE-ENROLL IN LESSONS EVERY MONTH/SESSION?

No! Our enrollment is ongoing and continual. You will have your same day and time every week until it no longer fits your schedule. Should you need to make any schedule changes, please let us know at your earliest convenience.

HOW CAN I SIGN UP FOR LESSONS?

Signing up for lessons is easy! Simply complete the New Family Registration form on the website or by giving us a call at (346) 497-5081 to speak to one of our Front Desk staff members.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY SWIM LESSONS?

If you would like to cancel your membership, complete the drop form on the portal or by giving us a call at (346) 497-5081 to speak to one of our Front Desk staff members. A drop request must be submitted with at least 14 days' notice.

DO YOU OFFER MAKEUPS FOR MISSED SWIM LESSONS?

Yes we do. Please speak to one of our Front desk staff members.

IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP FEE?

Yes, our annual fee of $55 per family is charged every year on your anniversary month. Please note you are only charged the annual fee once you have enrolled in swim lessons with us or have scheduled two or more drop-in lessons with us.

WHEN AM I BILLED FOR MY CHILD’S SWIM LESSONS?

We will auto-bill your credit/debit card on file on the 1st of the month for that particular month of lessons. If you sign up for lessons mid-month, we will prorate the tuition fees accordingly and charge the credit/debit card on file at the time of enrollment.

HOW LONG ARE SWIMMING LESSONS?

The length of the swim lessons are dependent on the class.

Yes. The annual membership includes benefits like discounts on multiple classes a week and siblings discount
